      Combination of diverse and dynamic environment. Easy to approach different departments and also managers. Open communication with feedback opportunity on a regular basis. Employee development is high on the agenda and employees own their career development.

      Cons

      Very dynamic which puts you out pf comfort zone and push you further. Very much for people who are self-drivers. Result driven, which prevents from sustainable improvement.
