      Completely merit-based progression, rather than based on time of service. As a result there are a number of directors in their late twenties. Ability to drive change and take additional responsibility in addition to your role. Opportunity to travel & be supported to take a move abroad.

      Cons

      Meritocratic culture means you have to prove yourself; you can't rest on your laurels.

      A lot of possibilities to grow, high autonomy, working with multi national teams and skills, different cultures

      Cons

      Too political most of the time, exaggerated document process, some times it loses the focus on delivering value and some time the most important thing is not taken in account, which is the zones and business clients
