      many great inspired people drives operations of this company that brings warm work atmosphere. Good start of career at labor market for students. Company likes energized young people who ready to spend more time at work and learn on top of predefined for position, ready to educate them in multi-culture work environment and give opportunity to grow

      too much bureaucracy, people are good value to company only on paper, in many cases company is not ready to change something, overload is normal situation across company, some managers appreciate in employees especially exactly this
