      Pros

      Working at ABI gives you great opportunities for your own development which is incredibly amazing. You work in a relatively autonomous way which gives way to do things your own way. Hierarchy is structures are low and you work with brilliant people from all management levels that are always willing to help. Be ambitious and bring a lot of energy.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours and don't get paid or any other compensation for all the overtime you do that exceeds the 40 hours/week.
