      Ab-Inbev discriminates against older people in management and requires them to work up to 80 hours per week

      Pros

      The only pro is they pay you a lot of money in overtime. Salary is not anything special; but, you will make a lot of money working all the time.

      Cons

      They only promote young people. They only hire young people. They will require you to work all ungodly hours. It is not unusual to work 30 days in a row and work all three shifts in the same week. You will have no life outside of work. You will have to find someone to cut your grass, wash your car, take you kids to their ball games and even take your own wife out to dinner. They will consume 100% of your life for as long as you work there.

      Pros

      2 cases of beer a month, management, work from home access available, starting pay was pretty reasonable compared with other companies.

      Cons

      Work/life balance very bad expected to work nights and weekends. In Past 3 months only had 2 days off and expect you to work on vacations. Bonus structure is out of your control. Customers AB assigns you too treat you as their employees and free labor instead of a partner with their business.
