Pros

Culture - Transparent, People first approach, open to change Approachability of leaders Industry paymasters Transport facility is one of the best you will ever see Futuristic mindset

Cons

Physical infrastructure - No open space for anything other than sit and work, should seriously look for a bigger place to boost quality of work and employee involvement. IT infrastructure - Some gaps yet to be covered to help employees to achieve business targets. Multiple vendors but very poor control and accountability. Annual increment/Merit cycle - Doesn't reward the performers the way it should and end up encouraging more of avg./low performers Growth - Flat hierarchy, so you have to beat lot of odds to grow. Also very rigid career progression paths, should create more verticals to bring growth pace at the same level as in other countries.

Zero work life balance, constant travel, corporate culture - backstabbing and politics are encouraged and rewarded, extremely short term focus - lots of questionable shortcuts being taken

Pros

* I have never seen nor heard of a company that places meritocracy above tenure more than this company. This is amazing if you're hard working and ambitious because you can grow your career very quickly. If you are looking for an easy job, I would not recommend AB InBev. * As a company, AB InBev believes strongly in throwing you in the deep end to see if you sink or swim. This means that you will very early on in your career be promoted into positions of management with high levels of responsibility and dependency. You grow so quickly! * The casual, non-hierarchical structure provides for an amazing culture. You work your own hours, dress how you want (within reason of course) and can grab a beer with the VP's / Directors whenever you want (after 16h30) at the on-site bar. * Free beer!!

Cons

* You will be required to work incredibly hard - not because your boss makes you, but because there is a lot of expectation on your shoulders. * Work-life-balance tends to take a back seat as your responsibilities grow.
