      Pros

      A great school for management and consumer goods. Strong culture and full of great people. Hands on.

      Cons

      Very low salary and financial recognition. The bonus and variable salary are linked to stretched company growth results, which were achieved while the company wasn't so big, but are very unlikely to be achieved nowadays.

      Pros

      Investment in promotional activities and the use of brands do really well. They have great brands and high quality.

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance,. Work culture focused on costs, there is always austerity at all levels. Downsizing, reduction units, travel expenses, tools that help sales. Brazilians circle of decision making, little tolerance for teaching new leaders.
