      Pros

      Managers really care, and leadership is very competent. Overall this is a wonderful place to work. There is a generous bonus structure and the culture is very collaborative and results-focused. This is truly a great company.

      Cons

      The company has a strong focus on value. This is great for shareholders but less so for employees. Expect less pay raises, slow promotions, and understaffing in some areas.
