Pros

Good pay if you’re at the beginning of your career- around 20% above market rate. Promote young fresh grads very quickly.

Cons

If your LGBT or a minority, you can forget progressing your career here unless you’re part of their gmba or GMT program. I’ve witnessed so many minorities that were hired externally fired within a year and replaced with a GMBA or a GMT. It’s not a diversity friendly place and you can forget about family oriented culture (which does exist in other beer companies like Heineken) It’s a Brazilian /Caucasian good old boys club at the top. The only minorities you see that hold any sort of position came from their trainee programs. Work experience does not matter in terms of career progression especially if you care externally They also promoted their “holy” people very quickly - we are talking about a band level every 1.5 Years. People make the same mistakes over again and very little direction from so called “new management”. The company is large purely from acquisitions- shareholders really doubt if they can grow organically like other cpg companies. You can also forget work life balance- requests can come in Saturday at 11am the weekend of Labor Day and be expected to be done by 10am the day after Labor Day. Expect 60 hour work weeks to be the norm and don’t think you’ll be appreciated for it Moreover if you’re performing average and they don’t want you, they’ll find multitudes of reasons to push you out or move you to a role in a not so great location. Unless you’re in the Brazilian / good old boys club/ GMT/GMBA, I would stay clear. This place will suck you dry.

Pros

Competitive Pay and great coworkers.

Cons

Excessive hours implementing programs that do not get the desired results. They are set up to have everyone pull in a different direction and it shows in the end results. Their is constant frustration within the employees and the wholesaler partners toward the decisions being made for the market. This is not an environment were your opinion is heard. You are expected to be quiet and go get the results, even if it is not in the best interest of the company.

Pros

Free Beer and honestly nothing else

Cons

The worst management I have ever seen. If you are not a Brazilian, there is nothing here for you. Don't waste your life by coming here.
