Cons
You have to be yes man/woman, if you challenge too much/too often company processes could be used against you. No/very little empathy towards colleagues. You are gold, until you follow orders, show gratitude, and never challenge. the moment you try to grow, your seniors could do anything to stunt your growth. You will never get what you deserve until you demand or ask for it. Company has full time WFO policy, all 5 days to work from the office and room for little flexibility.
