      - strong culture, employees all have a sense of ownership and team work - strong talent base, get to work daily with bright, energetic people - strong bias for action, if you have a good idea, the company will act on it. There is no boring day!

      Cons

      Strong commitment to deliverables, requires people who can work to deadlines and who can manage their own work/life boundaries. If you don't have this, the fast-paced nature and pressure of the business may not be a good fit for you.
