      Team members made work very enjoyable. Managers provided me with support.

      Cons

      Wage earnings were not based on merit, there was very little motivation for personal growth or challenging yourself. Your wage was based on the position you held, and not your performance. Certain protocols were redundant, belittling, and frustration.
