Pros
Uniforms and shoes are provided. Hours are good. Pay is decent. Every holiday is paid time off. Weekends off. Laid back company that lets you do your own thing as long as the job gets done and done properly.
Cons
The pay needs to be a little bit more. The trucks don't get fixed unless it's "a DOT violation" and even then IF it gets done it takes forever to get it done. If preventive maintenance would be done on a regular basis they wouldn't break down as much and when they do it would be quicker/easier to fix. Can't do any other job other than drive a truck or work in the warehouse without a bachelor's degree.
