HR fooled me during the interview process. They gave me 30% hike on top of my current salary but the hike amount was given to me as bonus amount. After completing 1 year, company paid 0% bonus to employees because beer sales didn't go well in Brazil. In fact, I had to buy own device for work as part of BYOD which they didn't mention it during the interview process. They did mention at the HR round about free cab services & availability of food items at a reasonable rate. Work pressure was very high and I observed that people from a particular community were given preferences while selecting candidates, giving promotions, hike, etc.
