      Pros

      Good pay and perks (especially healthcare plan). Well developed data science domain, unlike most product companies, so good mentors and projects are available if you're a fresher.

      Cons

      Some teams don't have many learning opportunities as they're already matured. Promotions are perception based rather than performance based. Thus, senior leadership isn't that competent. Thus, work culture is also questionable in many teams.
