      Good Work life balance, flexibility for office days although it is hybrid but you can come any 2 days in week , not so strict with timings, provide subsidized lunch at cafeteria

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism, You have to become a brand to succeed if you are good at politics and buttering you will be very successfull
