Pros

- Multicultural, young and dynamic environment - Shared mentality of ownership and other company principles - A lot of opportuninities to learn, get challanged, big focus on personal development, a lot of carreer and promotion opportunities - High exposure opportunities within the company, involvement in big projects - Bi-weekly open bar events and other competitive benefits

Cons

- Base salary could be more competitive - Worklife balance could be improved, vacancy management - Inefficient back-office in India and IT causing frustrations and extra workload for other departments - Sometimes too many projects, transitions, changes ongoing at the same which could be managed and planned better - All of the above is leading to high turnover, lost knowledge, recruitment and vacancy management, and constantly training new joiners

Pros

Big company name. A few really great employees, only a few, and they tend to leave for better offers. I really can't come up with 20 words...

Cons

Too much green hands and no respect for each other's expertise. They think if you give a green hand a book on how to swim and the person could beat world class swimmers in a month. Too much politics, the most important thing is to choose the team and hope your team is not defeated. Too many Brazilian people who knows nothing work in the company and they don't treat local Chinese employees with trust and respect. The pay is not competitive and tend to blame employees for all the mistakes( typical Brazilian culture that the fault are always others?) Working at ABI is a nightmare, and soon you will find the HR doesn't keep the promise on package. ABI is never good at marketing or building a brand, it simply buys others' brands and distribute it in china based on the distribution channel. It is becoming more like a global beer distributor: we sell whatever drinks and brand that we can profit, beer, water, you name it.
