Lack of empathy to employees, excessive cost cutting, hiring practices questionable, behind in technology, lack of consistency

Downsides... lack of company culture and teamwork. You are consistently on your own and expected to work more hours then a normal work week. Way to much work for the minimal pay. As a big company you would expect them to push you to advance but they don't. Big corporate name but hardly give back to their employees.
