      Pros

      Working with large brands is great.

      Cons

      Culture is terrible. They say they value people but they do not. Work/Life balance does not exist. I worked every weekend to try to keep up. Found myself trying to learn a system from people that had no clue what they were doing. Managing a declining business/brands is no fun.

      Flat organization; interesting work / projects; good exposure to senior company leaders; opportunities to impact the business in a number of ways while learning new skills

      Cons

      Poor work / life balance, promotions closely handled by senior management which results in your next role essentially being chosen for you; the pay is alright - you can make more money with a better lifestyle elsewhere

      mindset of the Brazilian mgmt team - runs like a pyramid scheme; find ways to reduce salaries and bonus payments in order to increase bottom line and reward top execs with millions in stock options. Brito would intimidate Lucifer himself with his ruthlessness and greed.
