Pros

Time off. Money is good but not enough dealing with management

Cons

A crew stay away lazy people. End of line lead is bipolar and has problems with leader. Young lady who works there here dad works for the company and thata the difenation off spoil brat. One kid there always calling off big boy I don't know why they have them there lazy can't keep up. You have to work harder because of him. Only one individual at end of line is a hard worker management don't appreciate him. production side will let's just say the pick there friends and family to go there.

Pros

All benefits start your first day of training, 2 cases of beer per month per employee, all the overtime you can eat, uniforms provided and laundered, they provide you with a full set of new tools including testing equipment (i.e. fluke amp clamp) that is yours to take with you even if you quit or get fired, plenty of resources and training and a great culture and philosophy resonating from salary to hourly

Cons

The overtime is not exactly voluntary. They count overtime hours you volunteer for and charge overtime hours when you don't volunteer, and that is a running list that is created from every Saturday and Sunday throughout each year. The counting/charging starts over at the start of each year. If you don't volunteer for weekend work and accumulate charged hours, your non volunteered hours will be higher than anyone else. What this does is put you at the top of the list for required overtime numbers that must be filled. That list also acts as the weekday overtime emergency fill in as well. Basically it's beneficial for you to sign up voluntarily for every single Saturday and Sunday throughout the year and work 7 days a week. The balance to that reality is any hour worked over 8 in a day pays time and a half, Saturday pays time and half, Sunday pays double time and working on a holiday you receive that days 8 hour holiday pay plus double time for that day so it's almost triple time (that's how we justify it to ourselves). It's not that bad once you get a year under your belt and working 7 days a week, every week, becomes your new normal work/life balance.
