Pros

Office Big brand Open bars

Cons

This company is currently the worst in the market. They recently scrapped the home office benefit, now only permitting it for severe illness. Despite demanding work and unattainable targets, the salary is a joke, with micromanaging managers, especially in CCXNC, offering no recognition—only criticism. In contrast to other companies, where roles are relatively relaxed, here, you're almost enslaved by excessive work and minimal compensation. The cancellation of home office seems designed to push people to resign, avoiding the need to lay them off with compensation. Think twice before joining ABI; it was once a good company, but recent challenges reveal its true colors. ABI is no longer a respectable workplace or environment, as the tough times have taken a toll on its reputation over the years.

Pros

Space to learn new things.

Cons

If I could I would give less than 1 star. Lack of documentation, process knowledge and big employee rotation which causes a lot of issues. THEY REMOVED THE HOME OFFICE COMPLETELY WITH A WEEK’S NOTICE. They do not do inflationary increases despite the Czech inflation being 15% They are expecting you to do overtime for free. They do not pay cafeteria benefits anymore. They openly tell you if you don’t like it you can leave. They attack the employee if they call them out their BS behavior. Completely useless managers everywhere just because they are friends with someone who is also there. Dinosaur processes. Constant pressure from higher management to deliver targets which are not objectively achievable so they don’t give you your full bonus
