Pros

The company offers a highly multicultural environment where you get to work alongside people from diverse backgrounds, which brings fresh perspectives and ideas. The colleagues are supportive and collaborative

Cons

The leadership creates a toxic environment, with a constant push for growth even for employees who are content in their current roles. Those who don’t aspire to climb the career ladder often face discrimination and threats of termination, fostering a culture of fear rather than support. In many cases, leadership has little understanding of the actual work their teams are doing, as those in leadership roles tend to be the ones who align with higher-ups rather than those with a deep grasp of day-to-day operations. There’s no real value placed on the people doing the work — only the results matter. HR is not a reliable resource, as they prioritize supporting management over advocating for employees. Compensation is lower than in similar positions at other companies, and the benefits package doesn’t cater to employees’ needs. The company is bogged down by unnecessary bureaucracy, which hampers productivity. Frequent performance reviews — three to four times a year — consume considerable time with preparation, meetings, and follow-ups, adding to an already heavy workload. Expectations are unreasonably high, and there’s no work-life balance, compounded by a lack of empathy from leadership.

Pros

Lots of interns bring a bit of life to the dull atmosphere. There’s a high turnover rate unlike in other companies — people are constantly coming and going, with most movement happening internally, which speaks volumes.

Cons

Low salary. Depends on the department — there’s little collaboration or communication, so you mostly “swim alone.” Not many benefits at all. For the beer benefit, you get a 250 CZK/month voucher (which is even taxed) to order beer that’s often close to expiring. Not much rapport between people, except for some joyful interns. Mostly dominated by Ukrainian and Russian speakers.
