In many cases, leadership has little understanding of the actual work their teams are doing, as those in leadership roles tend to be the ones who align with higher-ups rather than those with a deep grasp of day-to-day operations. There’s no real value placed on the people doing the work — only the results matter. HR is not a reliable resource, as they prioritize supporting management over advocating for employees. Compensation is lower than in similar positions at other companies, and the benefits package doesn’t cater to employees’ needs.
