Business Outlook
Pros
The hourly wage is better than most you can find without a 4 year degree. The benefits are good and overtime is almost always available. Paid vacation days and sick leave. Most employees are friendly and helpful.
Cons
Managers change so frequently that they don't have much knowledge of the jobs being preformed, so they are often more hinderence than help when problems occur in the production area. Also, you can get forced in on weekends, but the likelihood becomes less as you gain seniority.
