Pros

Great wages and benefits. Plenty of opportunity to work overtime. You leave work at work when you clock out everyday.

Cons

No promotion without a college degree. The company would be better off promoting from within. There are a lot of operators with a lot more knowledge and experience than the college kids coming in as managers.

Slows down during winter, so hours get cut a lot.

Pros

Company car, until they decide to cut those. Fun industry and products, decent pay. Will learn about the industry, not just a small segment

Cons

Sales on long downhill trend and not likely to stop any time soon. Global Management Trainees will receive promotions faster than non GMTs meaning there are a lot of 20 somethings in Director roles and higher with little industry experience. Good for GMTs, not respected around the industry. No annual raises and dont expect any bonuses
