Pros

The people I work closely with ate amazing people. Unless they've become sales reps then they are just angry bossy people. Works well with my school schedule and gives me 32 hours a week as part-time when I'm not injured.

Cons

Been there for over a year and there is no bonuses or raises even people who have been in my position(merchandiser) for a long time haven't seen a raise. The company as a whole sees you as just a number even if you're boss doesn't. Filing for workman's comp sucks and you don't get any hours if you're hurt and can't do your normal job but you also don't get supplemental pay even though you were injured on the job. It might just be the sales branches because my friends that work at the st. Louis main hub and brewery have the time of their lives but that could also be because they are engineers and make way more than I do.

Pros

Great benefits (health insurance, Be Well program payouts/incentives), 2 cases beer/month, onsite fitness, flexible work program

Cons

Tons of politics, they are now laying off tenured (higher paid employees) employees and instead refilling with snotty Ivy League college grads and all the experience and loyalty to the company is walking out the door. Not much control over your bonus as it's contingent on others' performance as well as yours, no salary increases (lucky if you get one at all), not much opportunity to shift between departments or move up. They pride themselves on flexible work programs and work/life balance, but that is subject to manager opinion (which most are old-school and if your seat isn't warm and they cannot see you, you're assumed to not be working, lack of trust). Be prepared to work extra-long hours (50-60 hours/week) and little recognition or reward for hitting KPIs and targets, especially if the company and/or your boss doesn't hit theirs.
