      Great union paying job but with a low morale coworkers

      Pay, benefits, free beer. Interesting process that offers the chance to understand the brewing process.

      Cons

      The work environment at times is hostile as year over year jobs are cut and the company requires less people to do more. No room to further yourself in the company. Rotating shifts every week. Favoritism is apparent when it comes to training and job selection.
