      Mediocre leadership, stressful work-life expectations, apathetic gear-turning at all levels High Turnover with a "whadda ya gonna do" attitude. Lateral "same band" moves may be/will be inevitable at some point in your early career. Frontline-to-leadership team promotions are need-based at best and fixed to a couple boilerplate archetypes
