      Great Pay. Pretty Good Employer

      Pros

      Mostly flexible schedules, but be prepared to work OT during the Summer months. Plenty of great co-workers, both full and part time.

      Cons

      Some managers fresh out of school are looking to make a name for themselves by trying to reinvent the wheel. It’s beer making. Not rocket science. Production building is hotter than Hades during the Summer.
