Pros

- Energetic and passionate teammates - Frequent social events and free beer perks - Collaborative atmosphere within individual teams

Cons

- Lack of transparency in performance evaluations and terminations - Contractors treated as second-class contributors - No meaningful engineering skill development or training - Limited career mobility, even for long-tenured employees - Tech Leadership lacks diversity—predominantly white and male - Mandatory in-person attendance five days a week - Abrupt lifestyle demands (e.g., relocation) with no transition support - Toxic post-exit culture—dismissive and disrespectful toward former employees - Quiet contributors overlooked; recognition favors loud personalities - Deadlines set without proper technical input or feasibility checks

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We genuinely appreciate hearing from former team members, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. While we’re proud of the collaborative, energetic culture and the passion our teams bring, we recognize the concerns you raised around transparency in performance evaluations, contractor inclusion, career development, and diversity in leadership. We are actively working to strengthen feedback processes, expand skill development opportunities, and create a more equitable, inclusive environment for all contributors. Your input reinforces the importance of these efforts, and we remain committed to learning from past experiences to ensure Anheuser-Busch continues to be a place where every employee can thrive.

Pros

Free beer monthly, Health Benefits were pretty good, Decent movement in company if you have a degree and or are willing to relocate

Cons

A lot of the people they hire are fresh out of college and very green to the world. These people often end up in manager/supervisor roles and are not ready to manage people. This has created a ton of turnover in the industry and also contributed to the decline in beer sales at AB over the last 9 quarters.
