      Large budgets, exciting brands, fair amount of autonomy, interesting and intelligent colleagues.

      Cons

      Greatly miscalculated the move from STL to NYC, from both infrastructure and workforce perspectives. Little to no advancement opportunity unless 1) internal talent program employee 2) willingness to relocate anywhere at anytime for an undesired role. Minimal, if any, exposure to upper management. Base salary calculated off of % of market - heavily bonus incentivized - 0 bonus payout to majority of employees for 5+ years running. Extensive domestic travel (could be a pro) required while adhering to ZBB cost restrictions. Have lost touch with wholesaler relationships - fair amount of resentment of the company on a local, family owned wholesaler level.

      Free beer tickets every month.

      Cons

      employees not appreciated and taken advantage of and not given equal benefits as brewery employees. Grants farm lower level workers are taken advantage of and upper management does not care or even look into the issues.
