Pros

Competitive pay. There are opportunities for advancement...

Cons

...if you are in your 20s, are willing to move when they want you to, and like to be at the top of the food chain but chasing competition because your star brands have declined. People are in positions they are not qualified to be in simply because they are able to move. Childishness plays a huge part in the success of such a large corporation that its pathetic. The turnover is such that 26/54 people have been replaced in the office...in 6 months.
