      Pros

      Very easy to advance quickly in leadership roles, good compensation/benefits

      Cons

      Not enough technical experience throughout the salaried staff, not enough employees to get work done efficiently, constantly changing routines to attempt to help make process sustainable but it only makes it more complicated and is avoiding the true issue at hand (operation is way too lean). This causes the severe work-life balance deficit.

      Great structure of work force and small team so everyone knows everyone.

      Cons

      The job is pretty physical intensive and their is no benefit if you get hurt on the job.
