      Management was a little unorganized. Took a long time to solve simple problems, which is part of working for a large company. Inflexible policies that were geared toward their bottom line rather than the customer.

      AB really lives by its 10 principles and it is very clear that the company is a meritocracy. Very supportive environment as well.
