      I think it is a great company to work for if you are young and do not have family. Great career opportunities

      Cons

      I think there is no work life balance.It feels like everyone is overwhelmed withe their job duties due to all the cuts they had in the past few years...you are ending up doing the work of two or three people.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits. Stability. Plant manager is a great motivator and strong leader. Some good middle managers, but they fall in line.

      Cons

      Bully, cliquish culture. Middle management on the floor. Disconnect between layers of management, HR, hourly. No one stands up for anyone or does the right thing, myself included.

      Great company with great benefits. Outsatnding in the St. Louis job market. Great work environment and great company reputation.

      Cons

      Since the takeover, the US beer market has continued to fall. This needs to be turned around and the advertising has to improve.
