      Pros

      The people are great. Lots of teamwork and support to accomplish goals. Very hard-working team of fun, supportive people. Goals and expectations are clearly communicated, good use of lean manufacturing.

      Cons

      Long hours, hot/cold and loud work environment, shifts rotate so you will be required to work all 3 shifts, and often holidays and weekends.

      no micro management they dont care as long as you make your delivery and collect the money drink on the job

      insurance pay @ about 5/hour dont follow Safty regulations DOT about 74 hour /week
