      I thought this job was a great way to earn extra money. There was a lot of training and they were committed to safety and quality.

      Cons

      It required flexible hours. Sometime you were working overnight and sometimes just in the day.

      Not a whole lot of pros except you get to work in the morning.

      Cons

      The owner lost 20% of the company's portfolio and has done nothing to make up for this lost. WAIT! he's bought himself a brand new Porsche.

      Pros

      Before the sale to InBev there was a great camaraderie and felt like family. Not to mention the two cases of beer a month.

      Cons

      Advancement took a long time because management did not leave their positions. So you could be waiting a while to move up.
