Pros

The job is fast paced and the work is rewarding. The staff I managed was hard working and easy going.

Cons

A lot of internal politics and one ups manship but that is to be expected in the corporate world I guess. The company is real slow to respond to issues that are brought up by those on the ground.

Ideal Part-Time Job

Pros

Flexible work schedule, weekly payment, prime starting time. Hubert made their whole employment process and experience worth while for an individual seeking part time employment.

Cons

The communication between sales representatives and merchandisers was not the best. Size of orders placed by sales representatives would blind side merchandisers and extend the work days unexpectedly.
