Pros

Free beer, great people, lots of opportunities to be involved in the community, opportunities to work in a lot of different areas.

Cons

The company no longer exists as is. They were bought out by InBev and now the place is completely different.

Pros

New hires will hit the ground running and get experience quickly. Lots of opportunities to gain hands on experience. The company has near 50% of the US market. Sales are stable and people drink beer during good times and bad times. The benefit package will be decent and the company will pay for job related education such as an MBA.

Cons

Just acquired by InBev on November 2008. The new company is going through a complete and radical internal management change resulting in some turmoil and stress. Going from excellent work package to average. Career advance opportunities will be limited due to significant downsizing and cost cutting.
