      Pros

      - Pay, the pay is still relatively better than other companies in town - Beer, employees receive beers every month - Pride, it may be changing soon, but Anheuser-Busch is still a very well known company to work for - Employees, most of the employees give their best knowing what the company represents

      Cons

      - Politics, there are still politics but this largely depends on your direct reports - Cuts, cuts on employees, cuts on spending - Stability, the company changes all the time that creates this instability and somber work environment

      Pros

      Tight labor market, people that have been let go or left are able to find employment elsewhere. Seems that companies are willing to hire people that worked for a #1 company. Maybe they realize its the people that make a company.

      Cons

      Continued cutbacks of salaried personnel and benefits. Would really be leary when union contract is up in a few years. Salary bands lowered and benefits cut to what is called the 50% market rate. Most of those I started with a few years ago are looking elsewhere. The demographics of the company(Anheuser-Busch Inbev) have very few people over 40, not a company that believes in keeping people.

      Good place overall, miss the days before InBev

      Pros

      Free beer, great colleagues, good compensation compared to that of friends in similar positions. Before Inbev took over, it was the Golden Years.

      Cons

      My direct supervisor was not the greatest, and once InBev took over, things just weren't the same. There were less raises, more cost-cutting, etc.
