Pros

Free beer, great people, lots of opportunities to be involved in the community, opportunities to work in a lot of different areas.

Cons

The company no longer exists as is. They were bought out by InBev and now the place is completely different.

Pros

The benefits and vacation were unparalled at AB. Not sure what InBev will do to change this. There are a lot of changes going on right now. They had a huge sick bank that could be used for Maternity leave and that was a wonderful benefit. Also 75% tuition reimbursement was a great perk. After 8 years I had proven myself in the engineering department and was able to create the job I wanted, which I really enjoyed and the travel was limited in my new position, which was great.

Cons

Now with the takeover by InBev everything is changing. I actually will be laid off this summer, but I got a good severence package and was happy with that.
