Pros

The largest Pro to working at Anheuser-Busch is the socialization. It is a beer company that recomends making friends while socializing, having a beer.

Cons

The old culture is very negative

No place for you here anymore

Pros

Used to be a great company putting money behind its great brands. There was a sense of team and price in yourself and who you worked for. It used to be fun.

Cons

As soon as the company sold. Thousands of good people were let go. HR was a joke. The company's morals, values and pride went downhill. Instead of promoting seasoned internal candidates, more and more young (first job) people were hired and placed in positions they were not prepared for, leaving older seasoned employees to be cut from the A-B workforce. It's obvious that they would rather pay someone in their ealy 20's a sack lunch to do a mediocre job than keep people with depth and talent and promote them.
