Good company depending on the branch!

Pros

- Company Car - Company Gas - Outside of office - Always something new - Free beer at the end of the month

Cons

Depending on the branch you work, most individuals who work here are there for the long haul. Currently no sight of promotion even after being #1 month after month. Since higher management is not planning to change their position nor move up, you will be stuck in the same position until they feel like promoting you. Very long hours if you want to make any commission. Be ready to work some weekends.

you have to deal with custumers, everyones your boss, moving up in the company can take forever, drive your personal vehicle, stupid meetings
