Pros

My supervisor is nice, works with me when I need to adjust my schedule. Hours are decent since we don't have to work weekends. Pay is comparable to most other companies hiring for CSR.

Cons

Promotions are from within the company, you really can't just come in as a Lead or Supervisor so it can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.

Laid back company, do a good job and you will be fine. If you want to grow then just put a bit of effort and you will be recognized. No weekends and the latest is about 5pm cst
