Pros

Honestly I dont know one

Cons

The most unorganized place I have ever worked, they hire soooo many people but have no where to put you for who knows how long. Every location operates differently and after training you will probably end up in a completely different site and your previous training will be basically pointless. You are required to buy your own equipment and they won't reimburse you. Leadership will provide little to no communication while a new hire. They will move you to a completely different position randomly even though you didn't get hired for that position or ever agree to it for that matter. I seriously do not know how they have any employees. The recruiters and hiring team dont communicate, so when you give your stipulations to accepting the position and the recruiter tells you thats fine, its actually probably not cause your team will have no idea you said any of that in your interview. Oh and you dont get PTO for the first 90 days, (normal) EXECPT you dont accrue during that time either so dont plan and vacations for the first year as a new hire.

Pros

Being able to work from home.

Cons

Training is not adequate and very unorganized. Supervisors play favoritism and offer little support, leaving trainees to sit in Teams training meetings for long periods of time unattended. One trainee is allowed to use the excuse that she was having computer issues all day while binge-watching reality TV, because she doesn't have the experience necessary to perform the job duties, but was hired? One of the trainers is a bully and has no knowledge of Medicare or CA Medi-cal. The job title is completely different from the actual job duties and is misleading. Micro-management is ridiculous. The mass hiring I came in under should have been a clue. It was definitely an uncomfortable and hostile work environment.

Pros

Work from home Flexible hours (I guess)

Cons

They did a mass hiring which in my opinion is a red flag, we are supposed to be in training but upper management does not communicate so we literally sit at the computer 8 hours doing absolutely nothing, i don’t like being moved around randomly so again another red flag.. kind of wished id declined my offer letter. I don’t like disorganized companies, shows they don’t run effectively, also have to provide your own equipment
