PTO set up sucks you can’t get PTO for your first 90 days and then we are eligible to use PTO. The time you were up into 90 days does not count towards your PTO health insurance doesn’t start until 90 days as well unlike most companies where PTO is accrued during training health benefits start day one they don’t match your 401(k) you don’t get any type of tuition assistance, fertility assistance, or any real type of perks or incentives as part benefits overall, their benefits suck there’s no real training guideline you pretty much just shadow, a current employee, and then you don’t have the same person every day because sometimes they’re not in or they’re doing something else so you’re learning different ways on how to do the job because everyone does not do it by the book as they should and even if you were hired as customer service you were doing way more than that because you’re also doing billing for a different clients so you have to break down a patient EOB explain why they insurance denied claims explained coordination of benefits resubmit claims like you’re doing way more legwork than you should as a customer service with the pay that you receive they’re pretty much getting over on their employees
