Can only speak for departments I worked in and with. This place will use you up, your energy and dignity, take it all from you, and give 60 cents on the dollar if you’re a woman on the tech team. Once told management “I see I’m the only woman on this part of the floor, let’s bring more women over ”, they responded “why would we do that? Go sit elsewhere.”
Tried everything I could to be compensated for the years work I gave this company. I talked to management upon management with industry evidence and they responded telling me I’m wrong. No adequate compensation for 5 years.
Found out I was let go by them disconnecting my email, chat, and various platform logins without my knowledge. Harsh and unprofessional. Left heartbroken.
