      Pros

      I have been with the company for almost 10 years. I've experienced more than 5 CEOs, multiple buy/sells, and recently major acquisitions. I've enjoyed most of the people I work with, flex PTO time is great, and the flexibility to work from home is great.

      Cons

      At times it feels like upper management does not think through actual day-to-day consequences for the folks who have to actually answer to clients and do the work.
