Leadership cares nothing for their employees only how they can make more money at the cost of employee culture. No direction and poor guidance from certain management team members. Poor communication between teams, management and higher ups. Roles are unclear and prohibits smooth working environments,

Company has poor direction / guidance in all levels of senior leadership - essentially lost, and as a result, this company is a sinking ship. They do not value the people they interview or hire.

WFH plus health insurance are nice

This company is the most unprofessional and toxic company I have ever worked for.”Sr Leadership” is extremely immature and plays favorites. Ansira lays off people that question their “direction” to which there is none. Layoffs are unlike anything I have ever experienced…employees get hired for months then let go, without explanation. Ansira is messing with people’s lives and are not held accountable. They screwed over their investors in 2023 and continue to screw over their employees. Avoid this place, it is a dead end and frankly is scary.
