      Sad state of affairs

      Pros

      This was once a great company with a bright future; however, that’s no longer the case. Ansira must regret the day they acquired this Trojan horse.

      Cons

      Sincro was created with a lot of hype and excitement, but that quickly sizzled when employees weren’t taken care of. Raises and bonuses mostly went away after a massive financial screw up by the CFO. Unqualified people were promoted because they were “in” with the C suite. Layoffs started happening to critical departments. Leadership made head-scratching decisions on who to keep and didn’t fight hard enough when one after another a lot of the young, talented minds decided to leave. It sounds like it has gotten even worse after I left.

      No direction within the organization. 5-6 leadership changes of CEO the last 10 years or so.
