Pros

Prior to WFH, they had happy hour in office on fridays and once a year you could bring your dog to work. Easy to get hired on and other occasional perks.

Cons

They grew too quickly and products/services are suffering for it. Company does not collaborate well and is constantly playing the "blame game". Horrible pay and hard to move up and/or to different departments.
